Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in the east to a Doctor, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
