Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Trey was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has brown eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His silver hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
