Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Cory has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
