History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by giants. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Patrick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Description: This tall, slender man wears tattered old clothes. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Kody learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Roofer like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by his family; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
