His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars and is in decent physical shape. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
