His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy brown hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Gerald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
