History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
