History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ralf was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Hunter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
