Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and typically wears yellow cloth garments or leather armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and a deep hatred of illithids
