Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the south. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Mercenary first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. John was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
