History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to clean up the streets

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Assassin soon after.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Norman abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Painter. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and sabotage a competitor
