Gerard Ryley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Armorer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Jocelyn Read, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a white broad hat and white clothes. His white hair is knotted and matted. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a red costume with the symbols of luck on his torso, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. His hair is brown and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Theobald is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theobald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it.
