History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
