History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a simple grey robe with green stripes complete with hood. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he very much looks the part of a Glassblower. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gilbert has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable
