History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ralf does not often speak of it. History: Born in the east to a Engraver, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has worked as a Engraver like his mother before him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Mason, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Server for hire.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
