History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He usually wears his violet robe and has his nunchaku always slung over his shoulder. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up work as a Glassblower and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
