History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
