History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
