History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Gilbert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and money/treasure
