History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Slave Trader and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the west. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugh decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
