History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
