History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. Recently the stress of being a Ruler has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
