History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Miles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
