His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This light-skinned male wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is chestnut and curly. He has hazel eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the west
