History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tan coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
