History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A plain young-adult man, he prefers to wear flannel. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he usually wears his brown robe and has his shield always slung over his shoulder. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
