His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Don was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and expand his business

Personality: Ernest is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fisher profession.
History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.
