History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.
