History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Trey began to lead the lost caravan. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
