Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a blue deerstalker hat and blue clothes. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born in the east to a Server, Dustin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. Being a Stableman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He carries a battered hammer and tarnished rapier as well. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Godfrey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
