History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
