Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a Baker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his axe. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shipwright who has hired him part-time. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Slave Trader business.

History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dyer business.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'4". He wears a blue costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Lewis was born the youngest of three triplets. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
