Description: He stands about 5'7" and wears a red cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a fancy black suit. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This tall, slender man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult
