Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Gifted from a young age, Thomas studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is portly but not overly obese. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, John isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: John was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
