History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He became a Courier soon after.
