He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Frederick isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Animal Trainer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
