Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze, marred by teas. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: Roland is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, green shirt, and yellow tie. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He wears his white hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Thomas was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
