Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
