Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with grey slacks. He wears his black hair down. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His hair is golden and curly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His golden hair is knotted and matted. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with pastel slacks. He has no hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lewis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: An older man who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is an amazing painter.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Henry grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Henry. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son
