History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Courier, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Lance Tickle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born in the west. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Impulsive. Bonds: Rich, Immigrant, Criminal record, Guardian. Occupation: Soapmaker
