Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Randal was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.
