Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has no hair. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Tim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Baker.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Lewis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is brown and curly. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
