History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to share knowledge with the world
