Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his black hair down. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by drow. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
