Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
