History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Jocelyn was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Wymar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
