Description: This northern man wears a fancy white suit. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: A 5'1" northern man, he wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment and is in decent physical shape. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Raymond learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raymond was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and further expansion of business

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a green costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
