Description: He stands about 6'1" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a painter and was forced into it by his family

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
