Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, pastel shirt, and violet tie. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
