History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is greedy

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cory is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
